We currently have a limited list of clients on retainer for whom we guarantee installation in the event of a named storm (limiting the list ensures we can get to everyone when time is of the essence).
If a storm is on the horizon, give us a call and we can put you on a waiting list for installation once we have assisted those clients.
When should I install my storm shutters?
Clients are advised to install hurricane shutters when a Hurricane Watch is issued (usually 48 hours before landfall). Waiting until a Hurricane Warning is issued is not advised as strong winds can arrive in advance of the storm making landfall.
Communities with covenants may require approval before shutters can be installed, in which case we must follow those guidelines.
How quickly can you respond after a storm?
We prioritize timely response to storm damage over other less urgent work.
Response times may vary depending on the severity of the storm and demand, but we aim to get to as many people as we can as quickly as possible while prioritizing the safety of our team.
